//Storm Cloud//((by default, 4)) is <seven_sm> Seven’s fourth and ultimate ability. In it, he channels an expanding storm cloud that zaps opponents in its radius.

Normally, when channelling //Storm Cloud//, you are lifted ''~60'' units upwards. By dropping down from the [[universaltech:transit line]] during the two second air drag buff then using //Storm Cloud//, you are able to very quickly rise upwards.

This allows you to essentially get the benefits of <item_majestic_leap> [[itemtech:Majestic Leap]] on <seven_sm> Seven without spending <color #ABFFE3><soul>3,200</color>.

To execute, use duck to drop down from the transit line, then within two seconds, use //Storm Cloud//.
