 In between the middle and outer lanes, on both sides, are large buildings whose overpass holds a **rune** ((AKA Powerups, Bridge Buffs)). These runes grant positive attributes for ''160'' seconds; the attributes granted depend on the type of rune collected. The attributes scale over time, from ''10'' minutes to ''40'' minutes. They first spawn at the ''10'' minute mark and respawn every ''5'' minutes and are randomly selected. To collect a rune, [[universaltech:heavymelee|Heavy Melee]] the crystal structure.
