When pressing both dash and melee at the same time on the exact same tick, you are able to execute a Dash Punch. Dash Punches allow you to extend the range of your melee at the cost of one stamina. Dash Punching is available for both Light Melee and Heavy Melee
The window to execute a Dash Punch is three frames from your dash. In order to Dash Punch, you need to be moving in any direction (if not, you will just do a regular melee). If you do not have enough stamina for a dash, you will just melee.
A normal Heavy Melee goes 238.5
units forward. A Heavy Melee Dash Punch goes 472.41
units forward, while a Light Melee Dash Punch goes 510.38
units forward.
To execute, press dash and melee on the same tick.
